  • Dust laden gas enters the system through gas inlet.
  • Scrubbing liquid is introduced on the wall through spilt jet nozzle.
  • Gas & liquid are thoroughly mixed in the venture throat.
  • Gas with entrained solids and liquid enters separator
  • Liquid flows downward with solid and dissolved gas to slurry setting tank
  • Cleaned gases are exhausted to atmosphere through a top gas outlet

We are also offering our clients with packed bed scrubbing that find extensive application in chemical processing applications for gas and odor absorption and fume control.

We bring forth for our clients, a wide range of pollution Control Equipment – duct collector systems that find extensive application in chemical, pharmaceutical cement, food and beverages, fertilizers, metal and minerals, paints and engineering industries. Widely used for conveying material and dust collection purposes, these dust collector systems are also utilized for the following purposes:

Our dust collector systems are equipped with the following components & pants:

  • Filtering dusty air generation from plants due to manufacturing process.
  • Filtering dust generation due to combustion of fuel in boiler/ furnace etc.
  • Powder escaping due to process of grinding, tableting, packing.

These dust collector systems are operated through the following principle:

  • Fitted with filter bag loading arrangement.
  • Available in square, cylindrical & rectangular designs to suit various requirements.
  • Low pressure drop.
  • This arrangement reduces about 80% of dust load on filter media.
  • Efficiency 99.5% DN up to 0.3 microns (subject to filter material).
  • Can achieve emission level as low as 5mg/CM.
  • Specially designed drop out section at dust collector inlet.
  • Full range of woven & non Woven bag material is available-Polyester, Polypropylene, Acrylic, Nomex, Glass, Rhyton & Teflon.

Pollution Control System (Dust Collector System)

Our dust collector systems are equipped with the following components & pants:

  • Modified drop out section to operate the system continuously with high efficiency at low dust load on filter bag.
  • Cylindrical filter bag / cartridge filter with wire cage assembled from plenum, chamber for easy servicing & maintenance.
  • Can be provided with motorized manual, piles jet or reverse jet type bag cleaning arrangement.
  • Sequence control timer of suitable range.
  • Filter bag media & cages as per type, nature & conditions of air material to be separated & passed through.

These dust collector systems are operated through the following principle:

  • Dust laden air enters the unit at high conveying velocity.
  • The air is directed to the drop out section provided to reduce dust load filter media.
  • Typical baffle plate reduced the velocity of coarser particle & allows fall down in collecting hopper.
  • This arrangement reduces about 80% of dust load on filter media.
  • The deposits outside of the filter bag are cleaned though bursts of metered compresses air, injected venture tubes.
  • Control of intensity & volume if air is done by quick action, pilot operated diaphragm valves.
  • This results in an ideal cleaning action (Clean plant air at 6-8 Kg/Cm is adequate in case of pulse jet).
  • Special attention is given to the type, quantity of dust material to ensures superior filtration & performance.
